Purpose: The Social Committee is tasked with planning and executing social, educational, and entertainment events to foster community spirit and engagement among homeowners.Â
Responsibilities and Authorities:
Plan and organize community events, including but not limited to holiday gatherings, educational workshops, and recreational activities.
Develop an annual event calendar and present it to the Board for approval.
Manage the budget allocated for social activities and provide financial reports to the Board.
Promote events and encourage homeowner participation through various communication channels.
