Purpose: The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is tasked with reviewing homeowner requests for exterior modifications to ensure compliance with the community’s governing documents, design guidelines, and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities and Authorities:

• Review homeowner applications for exterior modifications in accordance with HOA design standards and policies.

• Maintain records of all applications and decisions, and report activity to the Board regularly.

• Provide guidance to homeowners on acceptable modifications and the application process.

• Recommend updates to design guidelines and policies to the Board as needed.
