Purpose: The Social Committee is tasked with planning and executing social, educational, and entertainment events to foster community spirit and engagement among homeowners.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
Plan and organize community events, including but not limited to holiday gatherings, educational workshops, and recreational activities.
Develop an annual event calendar and present it to the Board for approval.
Manage the budget allocated for social activities and provide financial reports to the Board.
Promote events and encourage homeowner participation through various communication channels.
Purpose: The Landscape Committee is tasked with recommending the maintenance and enhancement of the community’s natural and man-made landscape features to the Board.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
Survey and assess the current landscape needs of the community.
Recommend landscape plans, including maintenance schedules, improvements, and budget proposals, to the Board of Directors.
Provide feedback to the Board for landscape contractors working on approved landscape projects.
Report progress and any issues to the Board on a regular basis.
Purpose: The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is tasked with reviewing homeowner requests for exterior modifications to ensure compliance with the community’s governing documents, design guidelines, and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
Review homeowner applications for exterior modifications in accordance with HOA design standards and policies.
Maintain records of all applications and decisions, and report activity to the Board regularly.
Provide guidance to homeowners on acceptable modifications and the application process.
Recommend updates to design guidelines and policies to the Board as needed.
